The Ranch Hand Way:

In 1964 Mike Oatman and Mike Lynch met on a hot July
day in Wichita, KS and started a radio culture. That radio
culture was affectionately known as, "The Ranch Hand Way".
It began a 35 year run as one of the most successful radio
broadcast companies in the country. But that's another
story.

One of the main reasons that culture was so successful was it's
simple philosophy: Don't just sell your clients advertising, become part of their business.

The Ranch Hand Way requires one to become an employee -- in the marketing dept. -- of their client's business. "Ranch Hands" made themselves accountable to their clients for results on their ad dollar. In the advertising world, that was unique.

That's how I was trained for 10 years to conduct myself with my clients, and it is now just part of me.
